Let `GeneratedCodeBasicInfo` provide more info

`GeneratedCodeBasicInfo` now exposes the instruction alignment of the
current architecture, the stack pointer register, the size of the PC
register, a reference to `anyPC` and correctly handles the
`DispatcherFail` basic block.
