GuestPhysBlockList is currently used to produce dumps. Given the size and the typical usage of NVDIMM for storage, they are not a good idea to have in the dumps. We may want to have an extra dump option to include them. For now, skip non-volatile regions. The TCG memory clear function is going to use the GuestPhysBlockList as well, and will thus skip NVDIMM for similar reasons. Signed-off-by:

Setting skip_dump on a MemoryRegion allows us to modify one specific code path, but the restriction we're trying to address encompasses more than that. If we have a RAM MemoryRegion backed by a physical device, it not only restricts our ability to dump that region, but also affects how we should manipulate it. Here we recognize that MemoryRegions do not change to sometimes allow dumps and other times not, so we replace setting the skip_dump flag with a new initializer so that we know exactly the type of region to which we're applying this behavior. Commit 57cb38b3 included qapi/error.h into qemu/osdep.h to get the Error typedef. Since then, we've moved to include qemu/osdep.h everywhere. Its file comment explains: "To avoid getting into possible circular include dependencies, this file should not include any other QEMU headers, with the exceptions of config-host.h, compiler.h, os-posix.h and os-win32.h, all of which are doing a similar job to this file and are under similar constraints." qapi/error.h doesn't do a similar job, and it doesn't adhere to similar constraints: it includes qapi-types.h. That's in excess of 100KiB of crap most .c files don't actually need. Add the typedef to qemu/typedefs.h, and include that instead of qapi/error.h. Include qapi/error.h in .c files that need it and don't get it now. Include qapi-types.h in qom/object.h for uint16List. Update scripts/clean-includes accordingly. Update it further to match reality: replace config.h by config-target.h, add sysemu/os-posix.h, sysemu/os-win32.h. Update the list of includes in the qemu/osdep.h comment quoted above similarly. This reduces the number of objects depending on qapi/error.h from "all of them" to less than a third. Unfortunately, the number depending on qapi-types.h shrinks only a little. While the machine is paused, in guest_phys_blocks_append() we register a one-shot MemoryListener, solely for the initial collection of the valid guest-physical memory ranges that happens at listener registration time. For each range that is reported to guest_phys_blocks_region_add(), we attempt to merge the range with the preceding one. Ranges can only be joined if they are contiguous in both guest-physical address space, and contiguous in host virtual address space. Replace it with a finger-friendly, standards conformant hwaddr. The command's usage: dump-guest-memory [-p] protocol [begin] [length] The supported protocol can be file or fd: 1. file: the protocol starts with "file:", and the following string is the file's path. 2. fd: the protocol starts with "fd:", and the following string is the fd's name. Note: 1. If you want to use gdb to process the core, please specify -p option. The reason why the -p option is not default is: a. guest machine in a catastrophic state can have corrupted memory, which we cannot trust. b. The guest machine can be in read-mode even if paging is enabled. For example: the guest machine uses ACPI to sleep, and ACPI sleep state goes in real-mode. 2. crash does not need the virtual address and physical address mapping, and the mapping does not include the memory that is not referenced by the page table. crash does not use the virtual address, so we can create the mapping for all physical memory(virtual address is always 0). Add API to get all virtual address and physical address mapping. If the guest doesn't use paging, the virtual address is equal to the phyical address. The virtual address and physical address mapping is for gdb's user, and it does not include the memory that is not referenced by the page table. So if you want to use crash to anaylze the vmcore, please do not specify -p option. the reason why the -p option is not default explicitly: guest machine in a catastrophic state can have corrupted memory, which we cannot trust.
