pcihp: make bridge describe itself using AcpiDevAmlIfClass:build_dev_aml 


simplify build_append_pci_bus_devices() a bit by handling bridge
specific logic in bridge dedicated AcpiDevAmlIfClass::build_dev_aml
callback.
