doc: Drop ref to Bochs from -no-fd-bootchk documentation

Manual page and qemu-doc on talk about "Bochs BIOS".  We use SeaBIOS,
and it implements the feature.  Replace by just "BIOS", and drop the
TODO line wondering about the Bochs reference.
