linux-user/sparc: Handle floating-point exceptions

Raise SIGFPE for ieee exceptions.

The other types, such as FSR_FTT_UNIMPFPOP, should not appear,
because we enable normal emulation of missing insns at the
start of sparc_cpu_realizefn().
